The first car we bought was a beautiful Toyota and we had our two children with us. Nobody acted put-off that we brought the kids, and that made us feel welcome. The second car we got was a spiffy Nissan hatchback, and we had a babysitter for the kids. The car-buying process went a lot faster and we believe it's best to try to get a babysitter if you can help it. Most of our friends buy used cars from newspaper ads or craigslist because of the price. We always recommend Automotive Avenues because you really do get what you pay for and we have had two great cars that are reliable. Automotive Avenues has earned our trust. That's priceless. Thank you so much! p.s. We have also used the services department for oil changes and an anti-theft Lo-Jack installation. The service is great and I am amazed how fast they get the work done. They all seem trustworthy and hard-working. Compared to some chain-stores like Jiffy Lube, they are the best! In quality and price. We actually trust them. I feel like we are so lucky that we found Automotive Avenues. p.p.s. Having a junk car that always breaks down and then taking it to some chain store or sketchy mechanic that rips us off used to be a huge hassle and source of worry in our lives. A few years ago we took our old car in to one such place to get a new radiator. The radiator was very expensive. We paid $900 to get it fixed, drove it for one day, and the radiator leaked again and overheated. Apparently the radiator was missing the plug at the bottom, causing coolant to leak out, to which the sketchy mechanic replied it was the manufacturer's fault. You would think they would have noticed when they worked on it. After getting that plug part, which took a few days to arrive, we got our car back. Then, the next day our car's transmission went kaput. It could only go about 5mph and not in reverse. It was going to cost $2,000 to get a new transmission. Our old car was not worth that much money. We rented a newer car for the days we had the old car and all it's problems. We realized, "hey, this newer car gets great gas mileage". But it was very expensive to keep renting that car; so, I'm so glad, we decided to buy a newer car. We found out about Automotive Avenues from a flyer at our Credit Union. Thank you again for making that worry and hassle all a thing of the past! More

The staff that i worked with broke down all my specific needs to several options. They then offered and showed me VIA Enternet other options that they could arrange to have brought to there facility. We were pleased to be able to do our entire transaction through the internet, other than the closing and picking up of the vehicle.
