He was also very quick on getting all of our information put in and letting us know when the loan was approved and getting all of our information to Mark. Mark Worric was very prepared when we went in to sign the papers. He was very friendly during the signing and made sure that we understood every sheet of paper we signed. He then made sure all papers were in one place for us so that we would be able to look them over whenever we might need to. Again Mark, like Duane, was always smiling and very polite during our time signing all of the papers needed for the purchase. We have purchased two cars from Mark and Duane in the last two months and have been very happy with all of the interaction that we have had between both persons and feel very comfortable with the thought of coming back to purchase a car from them in the future. Jerry and Joel both have answered many questions about the cars we have purchased giving us the knowledge we need to assure continued maintenance for both vehicles. The took time out from their busy schedule to make sure all of my questions were answered and, again, did it with a smile and sincerity. Jerry has helped us more than once while we were there at different times and has not been previously mentioned. My wife and I were considering buying a new car and came across Automotive Avenues through our Credit Union. She was extremely friendly and said that she worked with Jerry McKay and would let him know that we were interested and he would call me back. We had done some research on the type of vehicle we were interested in and how much we were able to spend. When Jerry returned my call he had found a vehicle within our price range with even more options then we wanted. The price he was able to get for us was less then the price of the vehicle we had done research on. When we met Jerry to test drive the vehicle it was exactly what we wanted which made our decision to buy the vehicle easy. We never felt any pressure to buy the vehicle and once we decided to actually purchase it the entire process went very smooth and did not take very long at all. Everyone we spoke with at Automotive Avenues were very professional especially Jerry and Jill. The last few cars we have bought have been used but we wanted to but a new car this time. The next time we consider buying a car whether it is used or new we will definately return to Automotive Avenues. More

For the most part, I would recommend this dealership. Katarina was excellent in helping us choose our new vehicle. However, we still had to wait almost 1.5 hours just for the finance part of the sale; there were not enough finance people working ( only one person). We should not have had to be there 3 hours to complete the transaction. Katarina had to help with the final paperwork in order to free up the lone finance person to help another long waiting customer. So Sales gets a 5/5 from us. the service people get 4/5 for previous encounters (had a leak after the last oil change- which did get resolved). the finance part gets 1/5- the staffer is very good at what he does and let us choose all of the insurance options we wanted without hassle...but he was the only one and we should not have had to wait as long as we did to complete the sale! When I called Automotive Avenues I talked with Cheryl about a used 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limitedfor sale in Boulder with 7 542 miles on it for $26,994 and Cheryl said let her call around and she would about a used 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limitedfor sale in Boulder with 7 542 miles on it for $26,994 and Cheryl said let her call around and she would call me back. When Cheryl called back she asked me what the options were that I wanted and I share with her the color, leather seats possibly maybe a sunroof the nice rear view mirror with the N-S-E-W on the mirror. Cheryl was able to get me the car New 2013 with 18 miles on it for around 1,800.00 to 2,000.00 more. Actually we were looking at Go Subaru the day before but our dealer was busy with another customer that was going to buy 2 new subaru's so he passed us onto another dealer that wasn't as good a fit for us as Wes has been in the past. So when Wes delivered the car to Automotive Avenues I just said I told you I was interested in purchasing another Subaru. The only thing my car doesn't have is my mirror I wanted with the N-S-E-W- compass on it. We are leanrning all the new features on it and hope that Wes will have some time to go over some of the other things with us in the near future. This car is very comfortable for my husband and I. We are both very happy with the car and the smooth service and great customer service. I would recomend Cheryl to others. I already have. Thank to Mark that also help with all the paper work. Everyone was helpful and kind and you didn't feel the normal pushy pushy sales longated time and uncomfortable stuff you normally go through at the dealership. Also got the invisble bra and the gentleman that did that was kind and did a great job. Though job and he did a fabolus job. Thank you to everyone that answers the phones and makes phone calls ect. I first started with the online application for financing and I had my loan pre-approved while I looked for cars on the website. Once I had the financing in place it was just a matter of finding the car I was looking for. Cheryl was able to locate 3 cars that fit my criteria of age, mileage and cost so that one trip to the dealership was all it took to finalize the transaction. My husband and I live more than 150 miles from the dealership so being able to have everything in place before making the trip in was wonderful. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was friendly and knowledgeable, I have recommended Automotive Avenues and the Credit Union of Denver to all of my family and friends. More

Christian was awsome in getting the cars that I wanted to test drive. Even got one more over the same day I was testing the other three. There was no pressure to purchase that day.
