I went into Auto Aves just to "look" for a new car, I definitely did not expect to drive out that same day with my new car! Duane Talada was my representative and he was great! At no point during my visit, test drive or even after the approval phone call did I feel pressured to move fast with the purchase. The entire staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I went in at about 11am to go see the Nissan i was interested in, I filled out the paperwork within an hour or so and about 2 hours later I was approved. By 4pm I was signing the financial paperwork of the deal and I drove out with my new car no more than 45 min later. They were very understanding and very helpful, Robert was very good about explaining every detail of the paperwork I was about to sign which for me is a big deal being a first time car buyer! Overall my experience with Auto Aves and their staff exceeded my expectations! I love my new car, I love the price I'm paying and the staff just made my first car buying experience a very stress-free and easy one. We now have seven cars that we have either bought or been responsible for being purchased through Automotive Avenues. A few weeks ago I came home from a wonderful walk with my dog and my car had been stolen. Very traumatic. After dealing with the insurance company I did a lot of research online to decide what my next car dog and my car had been stolen. Very traumatic. Finally decided on the Forester but needed to test drive one so I went to a dealer and walked out when the Sales Associate came out because he was just rude and indicated I was interrupting his day. My son knows someone who has worked with Auto Aves and I heard positive comments from others so I held my breath as I entered. The receptionist, Jennifer???, was very pleasant and called for someone to help me. Well, what a wonderful experience! Austin came out with a very friendly smile, shook my hand and introduced himself. We went back to his desk and he told me a little about Auto Aves, showed genuine compassion about my experiences and asked if I knew what I was interested in and how much did I want to spend. Well the vehicle I was interested in was on the lot and of course at the right price and mileage however I still had not driven a Forester. Austin took me to the vehicle, showed me a few things and I was off on the test drive. Very nice vehicle! Of course the next step was the paperwork. I wanted to pay cash, but knew the funds would not be in my account for a couple of days. Not a problem. 'You are telling me I can give you a personal check, you will hold it and I can drive out of here in my new car?' 'Sure, not a problem.' 'Well I have to get the rental car back to Hertz...' 'We deal with that all the time, I'll take care of that for you.' So I drove home in my new car with a warm heart and a BIG smile. What a great experience and you are very fortunate to have Austin as a Sales Associate. The entire experience was far more than what I expected and the 'feel' of Auto Aves is one of happy people who are there to help. I have not stopped raving to my friends and anyone else who wants to listen. I am an Auto Aves fan. Thanks for the wonderful experience and BIG kudos to Austin.
