Very friendly place without the usual dealer hype and games. I have purchased cars from Automotive Avenues since 1995 and I have always been very satisfied. I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Nissan Versa from them in I have purchased cars from Automotive Avenues since 1995 and I have always been very satisfied. I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Nissan Versa from them in 2011 and I loved this car. It was totaled when someone ran a red light and crushed the front end. I was very fortunate to escape serious injury. I worked with Cheryl and she was great! She is very capable and has good intuition for matching the right car for the customer. Her first recommendation for my wife and me was right on the money. We purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Accent with 26,000 miles and we are very pleased with this car. It gets the very good estimated EPA mileage and it is fun to drive. This car takes away some of the pain of missing my Versa. There is no pressure and I enjoy this family friendly business. I highly recommend Automotive Avenues. More

Horrible Service! Buying the car wasn't the problem. The multiple problems I've had with the service center is a problem. Multiple visits to take care of issues. About 2 months after I bought the vehicle, the front brakes had to be replaced, so much for their inspection. I had an oil change done there, they did not put the skid plate on right and it came off while I was on the highway 60 miles from home. I took it up in the mountains after that oil change and got all kinds of warning signs in my car...turns out there was too much oil in the car and the place I took it to looked at it said the oil filter wasn't installed correctly and "just came off in their hand". Then I went in to have them look at another issue a month or so later and they had to remove the skid plate. The new mechanic I found told me that when he went to remove the skid plate to work on my car (not 24 hours later) it only had 2 bolts in and when he took the skid plate down more of them just FELL to the ground. I took it in for a brake change and they didn't put all the lug nuts back, I was driving around in a vehicle no other company would touch because it didn't have all the lug nuts and then Gideon made me drive to another dealership to buy lug nuts (they offered to pay for them, but I was so disgusted at that point I just bought them) and bring them back to them to fix the problem. I wont be taking it back to Auto Aves. The only good thing my experience with them has produced is I finally have an excellent mechanic that goes above and beyond and doesn't over-charge me! So thank you for that! More

Purchase of new truck I went to dealership after referral from credit union. Received call from dealer while still at credit union. Met with sales person right away. Adv I went to dealership after referral from credit union. Received call from dealer while still at credit union. Met with sales person right away. Advised on how to look and drive a vehicle. Didn't feel pressured in any way. Originally went to "just look" and ended up with the purchase of 2 vehicles. Didn't receive what we felt for our vehicles but got good deals on the vehicles we purchased. Happy with deals and vehicles. The only disappointment was hearing and reading that they complete a 200+ point inspection on all vehicles. I believed that the vehicle was serviced and serviceable. I took new vehicle (2014) to dealer for warranty/recall work. They advised me that they found the bulb for the rear "dummy" brake light (on rear/top of cab) was burnt out and the air filter needed to be replaced. I decided to replace them myself. When I took out the air filter, it appeared that it hadn't been changed.....ever. Very disappointed to find that the "200+'"point inspection didn't find that. Wonder what else they missed. I ended having an oil change done and bought a set of new tires since they all seemed to be worn differently, they all had different tread depths ranging from 5/32nd to 11/32nd. I understand that the vehicle was used but will not believe in that "200+" point inspection again. I would do my "own" inspection if I purchased another vehicle from this dealership. "Kat" was very nice to work with and my wife and I are very happy with our vehicles! More

Ridgeline Round-up I had been interested in purchasing a Honda Ridgeline for a few months. On Thursday I phoned Jill Mapes and Cheryl Mensch and told them what I wanted I had been interested in purchasing a Honda Ridgeline for a few months. On Thursday I phoned Jill Mapes and Cheryl Mensch and told them what I wanted. By Saturday afternoon I drove home with a 2010 Ridgeline that is just perfect for my needs!
