I had a fabulous experience getting my Jeep here. Tramica was wonderful with helping me get the vehicle I wanted and making sure that I had all my ducks in a row. She was able to find a jeep for me and had it brought to them since they did not have any in stock at the time. She explained features in both vehicles to help me make a great decision. She never gave up and helped me to not give up either with the few hiccups we had. Getting paperwork completed was a breeze and she smiled and cracked jokes throughout. She was also great with my 10 year old daughter and even asked her opinion which I thought was great. CJ was also great answering questions we had regarding financing and using the credit union. I am very appreciative of all the work and hours that Tramica put in to get me the car I was looking for. Thank you again for being awesome!! More

I submitted a True Car value request to see what my Jeep would be worth, since it was a lease and hasn't been driven enough to justify the monthly cost. My wife and I decided to see what our options were to would be worth, since it was a lease and hasn't been driven enough to justify the monthly cost. My wife and I decided to see what our options were to end the lease early and most new car manufacturer leases don't make it easy. True Car was a winner here. Assuming you're not upside down on your vehicle (you need to be realistic too) you can potentially sell your vehicle (including a lease) outright to a dealership rather than trade it in if you're not interested in getting a replacement vehicle, which is exactly what we wanted to do. It makes sense during these "unprecedented times" to save money where you can. Here is where AA shines, specifically Jim. True Car sends off your vehicle details from their website once you agree to receiving contact from area dealerships. Some dealers have automatic responses set up to certain thresholds and vehicle brands and types. Jim immediately sent me an offer and then followed up the next morning with a slightly higher offer than the autogenerated one, showing he actually reviews these offers personally. Once I called him on the phone, I explained my situation and what I was trying to accomplish. I worked in the car sales business in another life and I'm always prepared for a surprise (usually a negative one) with any dealership I encounter. Jim was a breath of fresh air. I had never been to Auto Aves and I'm always leery of used car dealers based on prior experience. AA is run like a new car dealership in that everything is clean and professional in appearance and the staff that greeted me on my Up approach to the doors was helpful and not overbearing or disinterested. They pointed me toward Jim, who not only was waiting for me and available at the agreed upon time, he had most of the paperwork completed! He completed an evaluation of my vehicle and it's condition, which was admittedly dirty, but otherwise in excellent condition (7,000 miles with 21 months of service -2019 MY). He had me sign the necessary docs and later my wife returned to do the same, and that was it. I spent maybe 30 minutes combined at the dealer and at no point in time did Jim pressure me to buy a vehicle from him, knowing what I was trying to accomplish. I cannot suggest Automotive Avenues enough. More
