Went to dealership on Monday to see inventory and met Tom who showed us list of cars they had. The Nissan Rogue was the 2nd car we looked at and my wife loved it. Tom was great in assisting us with finding and purchasing the car! The finance manager (Freddie) was also great! I had purchased a 2016 Subaru from them 5 years ago and that was great but if anything this was even better! That same afternoon I drove away with a brand new Crosstrek. I got a great deal on the new car - no dealer handling fee! - and was happy with the trade-in on my old car. Their official Subaru rep, Erik, was really helpful while I was looking over the car. Their finance rep, Freddy, was pleasant and easy to work with to finish the deal - I had arranged for financing through my own bank and there were no issues accommodating that.
