Overall quality. My wife and I bought two cars from AutoAves a little over three years go. We have been taking our cars here for service ever since. More recently I called to make an appointment to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. I had a very poor conversation with the scheduling department which resulted into much confusion and no appointment being made. This was my first experience in three years I had concern. If I didn't trust and enjoy the employees at AutoAves like I do it would have been easy for me to take our business somewhere else. So I figured I'd call back the next day to try again. A few hours later Dan Krofta called me and apologized for what had happened. We discussed the event and he made it certain that this event would be reviewed and used for future training. His customer service is paramount. I was not expecting to hear from Dan and he was adamant to solve the issue at hand while giving me confidence. With my upmost sincerity I say thank you Dan.
