Not only were we impressed with the car, but were very satisfied with the buying experience we had with Pat Shane. So happy with the whole experience that we went back in May and bought another Prius from Pat. Everyone we interacted with at Automotive Avenues from the greeting at the door to the gentlemen in the service department who coordinated our clear bra installation and Nitro Fill made us feel like they were genuinely interested in us and appreciated our business. We thought our trade in allowances were fair and helped us get into our new cars. Days later,when I went out to apply for plates,the woman at the license bureau commented on how through and complete all the paperwork was. Our experience with this dealership took place over several months. I came in with my mother when she was ready to buy a new car, and sat with her through the sale. I really appreciated buying my car from Automotive Avenues. I find the way sales people treat you at the regular dealerships insulting and very pushy. I went to Automotive Avenues becuase I was told their salespeople will not try to force you to buy if you do not want to. I found that to be true. Also, they advertise that they don't just sell cars. I have found that to be true as well. I really enjoy working with their service department. They keep up with my vehicle maintenance schedule and the added features i have requested. The feature I like the most is they will have someone pick up my car from my job service it and get it back to me. That means so much to me since like many i have only one car and there is no way i could get my car to them and get to work on the same day or even get someone to take me there to pick it up. If other dealerships offered that type of service they would get more business. As a matter of fact there is a Nissan dealership a few miles from my job and I only use them when I have to for warranty work. More

The experience I had shopping for my used "new" car was very professional. I was given Roger's card at Bellco CU when I did my preapproval loan. All of the paperwork was handled quickly which was a huge benefit considering I had my three sons in tow. Love the friendship and attention given by Sales rep, financial manager (can't remember his name sorry) was also outstanding and friendly. will highly recommend this place to others. My only "issue" is my own fault, I did not inspected the car tires and just realize the tires are almost gone and will have to buy new ones soon, but like I said that is my own fault, this is why I reated the price lower.
