Our old car was stolen out of our garage so we had to start looking for something to replace it. I went on the internet to look at what was being offered by different dealers and happened to send an ema start looking for something to replace it. Darcy responded very quickly with both a phone call and an email message. If it hadn't been for both of those responses we probably wouldn't have come to this dealership but would have just gone to the different car lots and walked around looking at what they had to offer. When we called him back and told him what we were looking for he looked around and had a car on their lot within a timeframe of about 1 1/2 hours. We test drove it, with him along for the ride, and even took it to our house to be sure it would fit in our garage. We went back and signed the papers and have loved it ever since. We will definitely come back to Auto Avenues, especially if Darcy is still there. More

When I decided to purchase it I had to wait (drive home and come back) after they'd delivered the papers to AA. :( I live 30 mins away - one way. 2. On the drive home from AA I noticed my power side mirrors weren't working (and the lot was closing as I drove my car off it) so I had to go back to AA to have the looked at and it was fixed but it took about an hour. (Another 60 min round trip drive to AA) 3. The oil needed to be changed three days after taking my vehicle off the lot :( So I paid to have it changed, then realized that AA should've serviced the vehicle before I even took it home. I asked for reimbursement and was nonverbally treated like I was an annoyance that I did not want to wait for a check to be mailed to me for reimbursement....$50 is a lot of money to a college student. The cash that ended up being slammed down on the counter in front of me was greatly appreciated. 4. There is a "reverse warning sensor" that is not working on the vehicle and was opted not to be tested while on my test drive. I have not had time to drive back down to AA to have it looked at. A plus is that I took part in the Christmas in July "sale" - not sure that I actually received any kind of "sale" price but I did get a $10 Starbucks card that made me smile. Overall, Kris and Mark were VERY compassionate, VERY helpful in making sure I understood the answers to my questions, and seemed sincere. Jerry was kind also. Pat was annoyed by me and I could tell. All in all, I'd recommend that someone use AA because of the way AA operates as a whole, but I would warn them to make sure they don't plan on taking a vehicle home the same day they go to the lot, make sure they check out all knobs and buttons on the vehicle before leaving the lot, and ask for the AA service center to be sure/double check that all things were serviced. This was our second vehicle in 4 years with Auto Aves, we came back because of the way we were treated the first time, and the ease of the transaction and the staff. The fact that we could deal with our Credit Union and be pre approved was easy, but working with the staff at AA made it super easy to get the car we wanted.They offer a no hassle no questions asked return policy, 2 days 200 miles, MONEY BACK 100%..!!!!! ALSO a 7 day 500 mile exchange FOR same$$$ or higher$$$ priced vehicle, so Initially we decided I (dad) would get a newer car than the 85 VW i was driving, so i chose an 07 VW Jetta..we bought it and drove it for 5 days. It was perfect for me and not so easy for my wife to drive a manual transmission, keith and robert both encouraged us to come back and look for a car that suited us both , (mom and dad) ..when keith called to let me know that they had an 07 Prius i was there monday morn at 900am, i drove the Prius, as well as several other cars because my wife was working and unable to come down right away, so i tested several other FAMILY cars while waiting ..i drove the other cars and robert was a pleasure to work with all day on monday, Keith was off all week, he was patient and helpful and supportive of all my indecision. When my wife was able to be there to look at, drive, and examine the car (PRIUS) along with doing some research online about the Prius which was the car i wanted for our family...so my wife arrived and checked out the Prius and we both drove it again, she liked it, but didnt have much time to make a decision as there were other customers who wanted the Prius.. so we decided on the Prius and robert was all smiles and said that we would love this car and congrats, within an hour we had ALL of the old paperwork turned in to them and the new paperwork was ready to sign.... how great is that...we turned in the VW and drove off in the Prius and it was so easy to exchange the VW in for the Toyota Prius under their 7 day exchange policy, we were literally out of the dealership in an hour once we made our choice to buy the Prius !!!!!!!! We cant say enough about the way we were treated and how patient they were, and how easy they made it for us to exchange the cars that best suited us...can you imagine a Big Box dealer letting us return our first car for another car...there would have been return fees, rental fees, restocking fees, finance fees, mileage fees, cleaning fees, all kinds of FEES to make money on a car that was returned....NOT AT AUTO AVES...EVER!!!!! We will continue to and have already recommended AA to several friends, co workers, famliy and friends and told them about our latest purchase and some were so impressed and amazed they said they would have to check out AA! More

I bought a used car and later found out from my mechanic that there were some mechanical problems. Cheryl was very supportive and had me bring the car back to their automotive repair shop. Ira called me quickly after I expressed interest on an auto I found on the web site. He found the vehicle in Co Springs and had it delivered to AA on the same day. I went to AA for a test drive that evening and was assisted by Erik Enten, Ira's partner, who was very friendly and helpful. I decided to buy and Erik was patient and fun to be with while the financing went through. Mark was our finance guy and he explained everything to us in terms that made sense. A few days later Mark called me and advised that our original financing was declined by Red Rocks FCU and that he had spent several days all week finding another source. I really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness. We returned to AA and re-signed paperwork that was already waiting for us. This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from AA in 15 years. I am always recommending AA to people who ask me where to buy cars. I am very happy with the no pressure aspect of your dealership and the helpfulness and friendly staff you have there.
