Naiche went above and beyond for our family, we found a Volvo we loved, bought it that day at a great price, he was thorough in his answers, understood the needs of families and made the process a great on Volvo we loved, bought it that day at a great price, he was thorough in his answers, understood the needs of families and made the process a great one. A few days later we realized that toddler car seats don't work well with the Volvo in the outside second row, with two kids we will eventually have 2 toddler seats, it is a long complex story, so we came back to do a 7 day exchange, the staff was courteous and helpful knowing that saftey has to come first with your kids. But prior to making an exchange we found a toddler booster seat that fit in the Volvo XC90, saved the day. The important part of the customer service is that they didn't give us a hard time and jumped through a few hoops for us.
