I'll preface my comments by saying that I'm a guy who has bought way too many cars (35 ... yes, I keep track) from way too many dealerships (29) in several different states (5). And it bears mentioning that the twenty-nine dealerships from whom I purchased are not representative of the number I actually visited during the search for each of the thirty-five cars I bought (OK, more than 35 ... there's nearly another 30 purchased from private parties). It also doesn't account for the dozens of dealership visits I've made with friends and family members who have sought my assistance over the years. Rather than go into the specifics of my considerable dealings with other dealerships (we all have our stories), I'll just say this; as long as I live anywhere near Automotive Avenues I will, most assuredly, NOT buy from any other dealership. From the receptionist who answers the phone and greets customers at the door, to the guy I chatted with who works in the lot, to the salesman I worked with, Michael Dane, my buying experience at Automotive Avenues was heads-and-shoulders above second best. Robert was very friendly, helpful and informative and we appreciated his no-pressure approach. Only complaint was that he had not been sufficiently trained on the software for processing the sale so it seem appreciated his no-pressure approach.
