Automotive Avenues was a referal through my credit union. My wife and I were in the market for a 2011 Chev Equinox. Our contact at Auto Aves was Austin Roberts who was terrific to work with. Custome Service: We changed our minds a few times on the option package we wanted along with the color but Austin was very patiant. He brought one vehicle in from a dealer in the color we asked for but upon seeing it we didn't like the color. The next day I called him to leave a mesage as I knew it was to be his day off. He called me back soon after leaving the message from his home even though his day was going to be full. He took the info and the next day found the car we wanted. Quality: The process was explained and was easy to understand. The documentation was thorough and in order. Even when I questioned the cost of some of the options it was clarified verbally as well as with documentation. Jacob did an excellant job with the financing explaining each document we were to sign. Our new car was delivered to us freshly washed and clean inside(even the tires were detailed) and the basic operation of the vehicle was explained by Austin before driving off. Friendliness: Everyone we had contact with including Austin, the receptionist, Jacob and other staff were very friendly and helpful. When we walked through the parking lot our first time we didn't feel like we were being greated by a bunch of mob members. The atmosphier was pleasant, proffesionsl, coutious, and fun. Overall Experience: Excellant..i.e....All of the above and all of the below. Price: Well...what can I say. No one gets the price they think they deserve. But, Austin found us a car from a GM dealer that offered (through GM) $1,000 to the buyer which was nice to put down along with our trade in. Auto Aves invoice was lower than the MSRP which was a plus and our A+ credit rating gave us a great deal on interest rate and with Jacob's alertness, our payment came in under our personal maximume limit which provided room for an extended warranty package. I simply cannot find the words to express how incredibly exceptional my car buying experience was at Automotove Avenues. And she actually made it fun and yet very professional and efficient! I have been searching for an Audi Q5 for months. Automotive Avenues listed one on their website that fit everything I was looking for. I called and spoke to Austin Roberts. He said they didn't have it on their lot, but he could get it today. He called me 10 minutes later and said he would have the car that afternoon. We test drove the Audi and started the paperwork, it was a holiday so the next day Austin had worked out the financing and I drove home with my dream car! Austin was able to search around for the best financing including a low interest rate and no money down! I truly appreciate the extra effort Austin and his team took to help me with my purchase. Everyone from the receptionist and financing to the garage crew were extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased a car for our daughter two years earlier from Automotive Avenues and will be sure to return on our next auto purchase. This is the fourth time we have purchased from Automotive Avenues, and there is a reason we come back; we always get treated very well, and we always find a car that fits our needs and wants. The only reason we put good instead of great was becasue it was at bluebook, versus being under, which would be great. We have purchased two cars under bluebook, so sometimes it work out and sometimes it doesn't. Everything else was excellent, and we will recommend Automotives Avenues to people we know, as we have in the past, and we will return in a few years to purchase our next car.
