My husband and I had previously purchased a car from Dan Krofta at Automotive Avenues several years ago. When it was time for my son to buy his first car on his own, we took him to Automotive Avenues and s Krofta at Automotive Avenues several years ago. I went looking for a new car since I recently totaled mine, I was greeted by Tami quickly, she gave me a list of the used cars they have on their lot with prices mileage etc. Found a Mazda on the list i mine, I was greeted by Tami quickly, she gave me a list of the used cars they have on their lot with prices mileage etc. Found a Mazda on the list in my price range and she brought it around right away, took it for a quick test drive and fell in love with it. From walking onto the lot to test driving was not more than ten minutes. Everyone working there was very friendly, there was no pressure at all to buy or even to make a decision. Was given the carfax without problem. After working with Tami who was great and very helpful we worked with a gentleman named Jake, he helped get all the financing in order and let me know what all my options were on warranties and payments. He was incredible, very friendly and quite personable. I drove away that day with my new car! More

Tom was so patient with me through the whole process since this was my first time buying a brand new car. He listened to what I was looking for, color, make and model, price and he did all the work to since this was my first time buying a brand new car. Tom and I were in touch for 4 months because of certain obstacles that got in the way of my purchase but as soon as those were taken care of, I got in touch with him in the morning and by the afternoon he had already found 2 great deals for me. He was so friendly and answered all of my questions, and if he didn't have an answer he went out to find it and got back to me. I would recommend him to anyone that is buying a car. More
