As a single parent on a very tight schedule I was wanting to trade in my 07 Hyundai Sant Fe for a brand new one. I was wanting the very same package that I already had. Automotive Avenues is the absolute best place to go to buy a car weather it is used or new. They have a very good selection, and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for they will find it with buy a car weather it is used or new. And if they cant find it they will find the exact car you are looking for within a couple days. I went to Automotive Avenues in search of a Subaru Impreza from the years of 2004-2007. They seemed to not have that exact year. But Jerry Mckay..a consultant there helped me with everything and did not stop searching absolutely everywhere that he could to get me into the right car. Eventually he cam across a 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX which was even better. As soon as he found it he sent an e-mail and called immediately. The customer service for Automotive Avenues was outstanding. I will never go anywhere else to get another car. And i recommend everyone to head there if you are looking for a used or new car because they will find the perfect car for you, and they will help you in any way that they can. I would not have been put into the perfect car for me that is very nice if it were not for Jerry Mckay. He is an outstanding consultant, and will go out of his way to help you. I obtained the exact new car that I wanted through the fast response of Cheryl Mensch and her associates at Automotive Avenues. I had applied for pre-approval for a new car loan with Credit Union of Denv fast response of Cheryl Mensch and her associates at Automotive Avenues. I had applied for pre-approval for a new car loan with Credit Union of Denver (CUD) (great rates!) and mentioned to Liz who processed my loan that it might take a while to locate the exact car and model that I wanted. Luckily, she reminded me that Automotive Avenues and CUD have a long and successful track record in financing and finding new cars for CUD members and that I should give Cheryl a call. Within 24 hours, Cheryl found not only the exact model and color car I had been looking for without success for several weeks but at a price that was significantly below sticker and lower than anywhere else that I had found for that model. Since I live in Arizona the entire negotiation was done by phone. I then flew to Denver the following week where a driver from Automotive Avenues met me at the airport. Cheryl and I went on a test drive and we completed the sales transaction that same day. Cheryl was even able to have the accessories I ordered at the last minute installed for me. I originally intended to purchase a used Hyundai Santa Fe (which I originally did,) but later ha knowledge and expertise made the whole process easy. Rather than being upset or frustrated with me, she worked with me to insure that I got the right vehicle, even if it turned out to be the Santa Fe. With Cheryl's assistance, I found the car for me. . .a brand new Subaru Legacy. Cheryl worked very hard with my Credit Union to get me approved for the newer vehicle, and I just sat back and relaxed. Although there are somethings I did not get on the Subaru that the Hyundai Santa Fe had, I am extremely pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend Automotive Avenues or Cheryl Mensch to my family and friends.
