Tom was able to work around my difficult work schedule by having the Jeep delivered to Auto Aves for a test drive and then had my trade in appraised while I was on my test drive. My car broke down, and I've been looking for something new to get me from place to place. I found out about Automotive Avenues through my credit union in Lakewood. Being a 1st time buyer, it was difficult trying to find a decent interest rate without a cosigner, but Christian did everything he could to find me a great rate. When I came to pick up my car, he told me about the interest rate he was able to set me up with, and I was ecstatic! He worked really hard to help me out and I am super impressed with the results he was able to get for me. I will recommend AA to everyone I know! More

I started talking w/ Tom on the phone about what vehicles we were interested in getting. He arranged for the two vehicles we narrowed it down between. When we first arrived we were greeted w/ friendly staff, even though the office was very busy, everyone made eye contact and made sure we were offered something to drink. Tom let us take our time test driving the cars and deciding which one would be best for us. He is very friendly, professional and we felt very comfortable with him. He's very down to earth and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of or "just a sale." We had done our homework prior to visiting so we knew which cars we wanted to drive, but Automotive Avenues have an amazing selection...there were so many cars there! Jacob Rotter helped us with our paperwork and was very friendly and energetic. He is good at his job and we checked out smoothly to purchase the car. The auto shop area, where we had a clear bra placed, was also filled w/ frienly staff. The technician gave us detailed instructions regarding the LoJack and the clear bra. I have only purchased one other car besides the car that we bought through Automotive Avenues and it was a completely different experience. There were no high pressure sales and I felt like I was getting a good deal. Once again, it was worth the drive from southeast Aurora to Lakewood. I would consider talking with Tom Sullivan about what you are looking for in your next car purchase before you start looking elsewhere. More

My experience with Automotive Avenues was very good. The salesman was great, actually bringing in a vehicle make and model that I was interested in buying. The service department was great when I took the car back 2 days later to have a turn signal repaired, at no cost to me. My only regret is that I didn't take more time to consider some of the "extras" such as the security etching on the windows and the extended warrantee. It is a bit discouraging to go in with $4000.00 down on a $26,000 vehicle, and still leave having financed more than $27,000. I felt quite rushed during the "closing the deal" and financing part of the transaction and so I'm experiencing a bit of "buyer's remorse." I think maybe I could have done better if I'd looked more closely at the fine print and the actual cost of these extras, which literally ate up my deposit. More

This was the first time I've purchased a car without someone else with me. It was easy, not intimidating, and I liked the no haggle pricing.
