Absolutely wonderful experience. Tom was attentive and not pushy in anyway. He really listened to what I wanted and when the car that I was looking for wasn't available he went out of his way to find the not pushy in anyway. I loved buying the car at Automotive Avenues. Tanzeem worked very hard for us trying to find the perfect car for our son. We went back and forth on something as silly as the color of the car but Tanzeem worked very hard for us trying to find the perfect car for our son. We went back and forth on something as silly as the color of the car but Tanzeem was very patient with us and tried to find other options to the Red car. Finally, my husband and I decided that our son will just have to live with the color and to our suprise Tanzeem held the car for us - he must have known. When we drove it home our son could not have been more pleased. Everything turned out OK as we were able to get the car and keep the payments under our planned payment. There was a little confusion on the loan as Westerra is not a CU that is part of the group - but it was easy to sign up with another CU and we even were able to get a cheaper rate on the loan. My son is still so excited about the car. I don't think he realizes yet that it is his. Thank you Tanzeem for being so patient with us and helping to make this a wonderful experience for our son. My husband and I had the very best experience working with Tanzeem. We had done some research on the internet, and had been to another car dealer and even met with some private parties (from Craigs List with Tanzeem. So, by the time we contacted Tanzeem, we had determined what we were looking for. Bellco, our credit union referred us to Automotive Avenues. My husband contacted Tanzeem, told him the make, model and year of the car we were interested in, and that we wanted the least amount of miles, and best price. We had an appt for Saturday morning, and when we arrived, we were offered coffee while Tanzeem was paged to come meet us. He had found a car that went beyond all of our requirements, it was beautiful and just washed, he had even test driven the car before showing it to us so he knew how it handled. We test drove it by ourselves for quite awhile, and loved the car. The price was very fair, (way below Kelly Blue Book Retail) no haggle, and we bought it same day. We felt like we made a new friend in Tanzeem, he was very personable and professional, great people skills. More
