Buying a car these days might include the back and forth to the TOWER to negotiate the purchase OR a lot of walking the car lots then sitting and waiting, This was not the case with Tom Sullivan and Automo to the TOWER to negotiate the purchase OR a lot of walking the car lots then sitting and waiting, This was not the case with Tom Sullivan and Automotive Avenues!! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Tom. Each one was a breeze! I told him what features I was looking for, the price, and the payment. Within 2 days he had found the perfect car that met all my requirements not only once but twice! Here we are 7 years later from that first purchase and I was ready to upgrade from what I had. Not only did Tom remember me, he remembered the cars I purchased, listened to what I was looking for, AND within a few days found the perfect car AGAIN!! Stay away. Went only because they had one car at a great price. Had a broken windshield and said "we don't know how that happened, we're working on a replacemen Went only because they had one car at a great price. Had a broken windshield and said "we don't know how that happened, we're working on a replacement but supply chain" I can get one today at over 10 places in Denver metro so that's a lie. They then we're insulting other customers talking to me behind their back! They also ran my credit on a hard pull BEFORE I gave them approval to. I filled out a soft pull pre-approval form. I also had them appraising my trade. Which came in 30% under echo park and CarMax.i was willing to work with this due to the value on the new purchase car. But despite a combination of trade and money down for 70% of the purchase price I could not be approved. I was approved on higher dollar cars with down at both CarMax and echo park. Finally the absolute worst thing was walking away upset they couldn't make it happen and walking out to my car only to see the appraiser curb checked the front wheel HARD. Like it happens, I get it, but they didn't even bother to mention it. And of course an attorney for small claims court costs more than the $600 buy a new wheel and tire. More
