Today we purchased our 4th car with Automotive Avenues and there is a reason we have been coming back to this dealership for 14 years. We worked with Dan Krofta for the 2nd time and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone planning to purchase a new or used car. Dan is completely professional, totally customer service oriented and just simply a nice guy to work with. One of the main reasons we continue to use this dealership is because of their fair pricing, no haggling and because our price range is always honored. We have never had anyone at this dealership attempt to up-sell us. While I was waiting to finalize my paperwork today, I actually heard another salesperson tell a couple to take their time, there was no pressure and she would be ready whenever they were. I can't imagine that ever happening at a regular dealership. But the very best part of dealing with Dan and Automotive Avenues was coming away from our purchase feeling happy and excited, with no buyers remorse. A few week after Tanzeem called me and notified me that I was going to get a refund as the repair was covered by my warranty! I am very very happy with my purchase and will buy from again. More
