Duane and Automotive Avenues recieved all five because of the service that we recieved during our visit and purchase of a 2010 Santa Fe. Duane was super friendly while not being pushy. Once the purchase was finished he took my wife through the insterment panel showing her how everything functions. He then took us to Jerry in the service department who also explianed some of the important features of the Santa Fe. Rhiannon in the finace department was also helpful explaining everything as she went so we understood everything we were signing. Not only did Cheryl find me the exact make/model I wanted, she got a great price on my trade in, was helpful, cheerful, professional, encouraging and took me from start (my phone call to her at 2:30p) to finish (me pulling into the Automotives Avenue parking lot at 5:40p). Cheryl and Jacob stayed late...on their weekend...to make sure I got my car signed, sealed and delivered. This is the 3rd time I've used a go-between service when buying a car (I prefer not to 'deal' with dealerships) and Cheryl is the BEST I've ever done business with. I seriously cannot say enough good about Cheryl...she truly is an ANGEL of the highest degree. Jacob in finance was gracious and patient as I filled out my paperwork. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in the least. He helped make a whirlwind of a day that much nicer! I was in need of a vehicle after a totaling of my recent car. One of my co-workers told me about Automotive Avenues that worked through our credit union and that I should try them out. I looked on line an car. One of my co-workers told me about Automotive Avenues that worked through our credit union and that I should try them out. I looked on line and saw a car I thought would work and went on down there even though it was a bit of a drive. Boy! I'm glad I did. I was given salesman Jim Morrison to work with. This is a great guy that has the customer's interest and satisfaction at the top of his list. He got me the keys to the car for a test drive and told me to take my time and see how it drove while he pulled the car Fax. To say Jim went up and beyond would be an understatement. There were questions I had about the car and he addressed them all and then some. He arranged for me to get two remote entry fobs and an additional key at no cost since all they had with the car was the one regular key. He filled the gas tank, which they normally don't do. And they even send my co-worker a referral gift to Boot! I also was in a rental car at the time and he even arranged for the car to be picked up, saving me from having to arrange for a family member to come out and help with getting the car back to the rental company. This was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend this sales person and dealership if you are looking for a car. They have a lot of cars in a wide range of prices so if you can't find a car here, there's something wrong. I also talked to others there while waiting for the paperwork to be done and everyone I talked to was GREAT! I am so glad I came down and I now own a car from them that the complete transaction to only about an hour instead of the normal 5 or 6 hours at a regular dealership. Their no haggle pricing is great and I even got my car on special so saved even more money. I can't say more about how great they are. More
