Sales person was very helpful. We located a truck on our own, and had them bring it in to look at. We set a time and the truck was there, drove it, and we decided we wanted it. First someone had to go back to GO Jeep to get paperwork done. This took way too long and we were told he had to do other paperwork for our CPO when he got there. We felt he just blew us off and took his time doing other work. I'm not sure what the hold up was later when the paperwork arrived, but this too was unacceptable. Even our sales person was surprised how long it took. This sale took around 4 1/2 hours and we had already picked the truck out! There was nothing done to compensate us for this bad experience, other than we are sorry this has taken a little longer than normal. Now as I write this, the dealer, GO Jeep, has taken so long to get the title work done, we had to go get another temp tag/license. This is a waste of my time after we wasted way too long to buy this truck. When we picked up the temp tag, the county had to call and GO had just sent the paperwork to Automotive Avenues, and they need to get it to the county. So my complaint is with GO Jeep for the long process. But ultimately Automotive Avenues allowed this to happen. More

I gave my budget and auto preference to Duane. He listened and found vehicles that I preferred that were in my price range. As a result, I was able to find an affordable vehicle in the make and model that I prefer to drive. I was very impressed that a car salesman would actually listen to my parameters and not try to talk me into a more expensive vehicle. I had just learned from my regular mechanic that the truck I owned needed costly repairs that I wasn't willing to invest in. So I started looking online for a newer Tacoma and was lead to Automotive Av truck I owned needed costly repairs that I wasn't willing to invest in. I asked to come and see the truck they had and headed right over. Duane told me about the no haggle pricing and non-commissioned sales team and that really put me at ease. I told him that my current Tacoma needed a lot of work so I wasn't' sure what was worth and he showed me some online resources to get an idea. The next day I picked up the Tacoma for an extended test drive to bring it to my Toyota garage. It got a clean bill of health there- the guys in the garage were impressed with the condition. I was confident that the truck was priced fairly. I called Duane to say we were interested in buying and we decided to drive the old truck over for a trade in. The offer on the trade in was more than what we had hoped for-so we were thrilled. We don't belong to a credit union but that didn't matter in the least. It was the easiest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. More

My experience with Automotive Avenues has been EXCELLENT! My previouse car was totalled in a hail storm and I was in need of a new car. My first person of contact was Pam (not sure of her last name) I explained what I was look for and she said she would give the info to Dan Krofta. The next day Dan called me and said he had a brand new 2011 Subaru Imperza that he was having sent over so I can go test drive it. Dan had the "PERFECT FIND" for me.
