I just love purchasing a vehicle from Automotive Avenues, I wouldn’t trust to go anywhere else. Jerry McKay worked with our credit union to get the loan we needed to put our young son in a reliable dependable used car. Now we feel one less thing to have to worry about our young college son. Jerry didn’t push us on any vehicle; in fact we waited an extra week to find the right one. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. This was a great experience for me as I am not a haggler. I despise the "car dealer" game. This was an upfront, friendly, honest dealing. Very few vehicles with the same mileage I had on my spreadsheet were lower than Automotive Avenues price. The few that were did not have the 240 point inspection certification. I did my homework and knew what he was talking about. I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially those leary of buying cars. My Subaru Forester is the third vehicle I have purchased from Automotive Avenues. Jim Morrison has been my sales person each time, and has been very helpful and patient, and is by no means a high-pressure s from Automotive Avenues. As Automotive Avenues states, they have sales representatives, not salesmen. In Jim's partular case, here is what I experienced: 1) Patience far beyond what you would receive from other car salesmen. His motto is "take your time." For this last vehicle I took almost two weeks to decide, and he was pleasant and helpful for each of my five visits. 2) While other salesman are friendly before the sale and indifferent afterwards, Jim is friendly and helpful before, during and after the sale. 3) You do not have to endure the 'let me talk to my manager' game. The price is listed on the vehicle, and that is what you pay. 4) I had a few minor problems with the vehicle which the service department fixed at no charge. 5) I have friends who have dealt with other dealers and have had horrible experiences. I have not heard of a single person who has had a bad experience with Automotive Avenues. With as helpful and professional as they have been each time, I would not even consider going to another dealer. They are great! More
