Our overall experience was excellent. Duane was very busy that day, and his assistant Renee (I think) did a great job of showing us the cars we were interested in. I have tried to purchase a vehicle from auto aves twice this year and both times the sales rep never followed through with what they said they were going to do. The first one I asked her to find a specific this year and both times the sales rep never followed through with what they said they were going to do. The first one I asked her to find a specific vehicle 6 months later no follow up nothing. Second time I asked for picture for one of their vehicles, about 10 or so days later still nothing. They RAVE about their great service but in the end it's just like all of the other dealerships, they really don't care unless you plan on spending a lot of money on a vehicle More
