Good salesman and nice cars Great service and didn't see a bad car on the lot. Dealership is very fast paced and busy. With that being said we still received service from the same sales person and he took his time with us and answered all of our questions. Every time we called we were put through to our original sales person. We are from NH, this is the first vehicle we have purchased out of state and it was easier than we expected. There is a waiting period for paperwork, etc. If you are driving a long distance to get there expect to make the drive twice. More
Amazing service I walked into the dealership not sure I could get an approval because of my poor credit however I then met a Salesman by the name of Chris and he assu I walked into the dealership not sure I could get an approval because of my poor credit however I then met a Salesman by the name of Chris and he assured me with a little bit of money down he could get me approved I did not really believe it at first but he seemed like a good kid so I gave it a shot and guess what he got an approval and I'm driving my beautiful 1 year old car right now!! The experience at the dealership was top-notch and Chris was a total professional helpful and courteous throughout the entire process it was honestly the best car dealership experience in my life More
Nothing but frustration from here Terrible experience, bought a 2014 Ram 1500 truck for $33,500 plus tax, reg was about 37k that had 11,000 miles and a year and a half old. Was told it still had the factory warranty by three different employees. Saw carfax showed vehicle from New York. Was also told there were two keys also an advertising picture showed two keys. I only received one key and was promised verbally the second after I asked for a "we owe" for the second key they told me that wasn't needed and they would send me the second key (Can't give written agreement- sketchy). Went to Ram dealer for service 1 month after truck was purchased - was told by dealer and Chrysler/dodge/ram customer care that there was no warranty (no bumper to bumper or powertrain). Called direct auto mall multiple days and got transferred around and left various messages. Finally talked to sales manager Adler - said to email him picture of vin# and my contact info that he would get back to me. 2 weeks nothing called back again multiple different days finally talked to Raphael - he apologized and asked for the pictures of vin# again and my contact info, he told me he would contact me back soon. A week later after I called again multiple times being patient, I was told by Raphael that there was a paperwork error that the factory warranty would be reactivated by Chrysler. Waited a few weeks and called Chrysler - was told they wouldn't activate my warranty. They lied. So I apparently bought a 1 and a 1/2 year old truck with 11,000 miles that was not disclosed that there was no factory warranty, was sold with only 1 key when promised 2 keys, false advertising, failure to disclose warranty correctly. Why would I buy a truck for $33500 a year and a half old without factory warranty? Would of not purchased if I knew this. Even when I made an appointment to look at the vehicle I waited an hour. When asked to pick it up at 5pm a few days later I still had to wait 2 hrs to pick up. Very unorganized. I would of bought a almost new vehicle with the factory warranty but now I have been screwed by direct auto mall got no warranty at all and promised second key with nothing but frustration. Contacted Direct Auto Mall multiple times to have them fix their mistakes they have done nothing but waste my time, lie, cause me stress, and TAKE MY MONEY. More

He was always pleasant during several hours of my buying process including accompanying me to my mec John was a good natured, sincere and patient rep. The manager, wenderson, was all business and would not budge on the the price so that was a disappointment but I was tired of shopping and that's the way it goes. More
