Danyelle is a Superstar I hardly ever write reviews...but me and my daughter's experience here with Danyelle was nothing short of Perfect! I went into Direct Auto Mall with my daughter with no appointment on a busy Friday night. There were 2 cars we were interested in and had seen online all week. When we arrived, we were greeted by many people. Everyone was extremely polite and nice. We began working with Danyelle and she is Absolutely Awesome. We took both cars out for a test drive, and settled on the first one. We finalized the documents and purchased that Jeep the same night. Over the next couple of days, everything fell into place. Danyelle was a Superstar and worked feverishly to ensure that we drove the Jeep off the lot on Wednesday night. I drove to Direct Auto Mall Wednesday morning, even though is was Danyelle's off time, and she made sure Wenderson was there to greet me to finalize everything in time for pick-up. Wenderson was wonderful as well. When I walked in, he knew exactly who I was and immediately helped me. Even though Direct Auto Mall sells several cars on a daily basis, I felt as though Danyelle and everyone else took a personal interest to make sure everything was completed in a timely, professional manner. By Wednesday night, my daughter and I were picking up her new Jeep! It's been just over a week, and all is great. My daughter loves her Jeep. I am grateful that everything went so smoothly, and will definitely refer friends and family to Danyelle at Direct Auto Mall. More
