No pressure, awesome and smooth transaction. Gus was awesome. I walked in with a pre-approval from my own bank and thought I knew what I wanted and the price range I had to be in. So he showed me Gus was awesome. I walked in with a pre-approval from my own bank and thought I knew what I wanted and the price range I had to be in. So he showed me a couple of cars that I was interested in and never once did he complain about all the cars I looked at and test drove. All were really nice but each one had atleast one option missing from what I wanted. I told him thank you but the one I do want is a little out of my price range, he smiled and asked which one is that, I told him and he smiled again and said wait one second. Next minute I see him outside with the car I thought was going to be impossible to get cause of the price. I told him, I dont want to drive it if its just going to be a tease, thats not cool. All he said was take it for a ride, let me know if its everything you want and let me worry about the numbers. Long story short, when I came back after my test drive, not only was he there with a approval for me, but a better deal then what I was originally Pre-approved for. I couldn't believe it. Very happy with my car so far and extremely satisfied with Gustavos service and patience with me. All in all I would highly recommend Gus if you plan on making a visit here. Like I said he went above and beyond for me and Im sure he will do the same for you. Now the person who finished off all the paperwork for me and finalized the deal was Ana.... what can I say about her.... simply amazing and explained everything perfectly for me. Made the rest of the transaction as smooth and easy as possible, and might I add very beautiful. Does not hurt after a long day of looking at cars to end the day in the presence of her beauty. Makes the deal that much nicer. Very happy with Gus and Ana and hope to deal with them in the future for my next purchase. More
