Waited 2.5 hours to be shuffled into the finance office when we made it clear we only wanted to talk numbers not sign and buy car, they didn’t care they harassed us further even going as far as following us outside when we told them no thanks. Shady place. They will not negotiate pricing. Asking for the internet price only locks in the online price. They also inflate the market value to give the illusion you’re getting a deal. As well as offering thousands below kbb value. They do not inform you of what information was submitted on your vehicle or what hurts it. Don’t recommend.
