When I protested, the "buyer" got nasty and refused to discuss. We had to walk away. If that is how they treat sellers, I'm sure it is worse for someone trying to buy. More

The energy in the showroom during our visit was unlike any other dealership I have ever been to. Everyone was clapping and cheering, music was playing, there were two families with their dogs, it just fel any other dealership I have ever been to. Our experience while we were at the dealership was generally good. Other than being a little disorganized (not knowing where the car we reserved an appointment to test drive was), everyone was friendl generally good. However, they lost the key fob and cut a new one while we were there and let us know they would send us the fob in the mail. After calling inquiring about it three times, and being told once that they think it was sent, we have not received it still- it has been two months. Although it was clear we were not getting as much priority as those buying more expensive cars, I still expect there to be more timeliness and follow-through regardless of that. If you say you’re going to send me the fob that YOU lost, and keep me waiting for my test drive for an hour because you couldn’t find the car or the key, I expect, at the very least, the fob in the mail. It was a good experience gone bad. More
