rip off. if youre looking for a used car go anywhere else Some shady people Even their name "Automaxx" They want you to think they are affiliated with a reputable company "Automax" but they arent....th Some shady people Even their name "Automaxx" They want you to think they are affiliated with a reputable company "Automax" but they arent....they add that extra X to their name. They sold me a used car. Supposedly did this 72 point inspection etc. They drove it down to me, was supposed to arrive in the afternoon so I could have my mechanic check it out. They arrived at 7:30 at night. Couldnt even see it to do a visual inspection properly, he was using his cell phone to try and light it up to inspect it... Really? So during the test drive, it was pulling, he said it needed an alignment. Which should have been done. He rode with his arm on the center console so I wouldnt know that every single little bump the lid comes flying open. And it wasnt an alignment....it was front end work that needed to be done along with engine work the first week. Then it warmed up and I found out the AC was trash and needs to be replaced. The baffles/doors for the AC/heat are also messed up. The rear speakers dont even work. I could go on but you get the picture. Shame on them for being such underhanded dealing people. Shame on me for taking their work for it and not wanting them to have to drive it all the way back to S.C. I have bought a lot of cars in my life, this is hands down the worst. Even the $300 beaters I bought when I was young didnt have as much wrong with is as this. Then trying to get customer service. Good luck, once you sign on the line all of a sudden no one is available and no one returns your calls. One guys voice mail says leave a message and then promptly hangs up on you every single time. These people are rip off artists. Make it nice and shiny and dont fix anything. Even their salesman admitted to me their inspection was garbage. Turn around and find another dealer if youre looking to buy used. I wouldnt buy even new because if you have an issue you cant talk to anyone. Yep, they got me good on this one. More

Dissatisfied! I have been lied to repeatedly by management (Owner, Business office staff and front desk staff) about my refund that is do to me being that the deale I have been lied to repeatedly by management (Owner, Business office staff and front desk staff) about my refund that is do to me being that the dealership has there vehicle back since 11/08/2016. As stated to via per Business Office Rep. Melissa Sandlin a check was waiting for my pick up since 11/22/2016 at the front desk apparently the front desk personnel nor was the owner made aware of this. On 11/06/2016 I received and email from Melissa saying that my check would be sent out to my address that they had on file ,but have yet to receive my refund. What a bunch of liars. Not happy with you at all Mr. Johnny Dangerfield. I am dissatisfied and won't recommend your dealership. I will say that The sales person I worked with Mr. David Clancy was excellent and Melissa Knarr business office personnel was as well. The front desk staff should be made aware of what going on, and don't transfer calls to department when they know that there is not a person to speak to customers. More

Impossible to possible I had almost given up until a friend recommended I come to this dealership.
