Danelle was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Two things stood out with Danielle. First, she offered to drive the truck to my home so my husband can see it. When there, she answered all his questions and allowed him to test drive the truck. After she left, my husband and I took about 2 hours to decide to purchase the truck. Which brings me to my second point. When we text her that we would take the truck she took all our information and had the paperwork ready when we got there. We walked out of there in under 30 minutes. This was my first experience with Automaxx, I will definitely be back. More

New Truck I came in to buy a silverado. Austin Webb was there to greet me and my family. He worked to get the paperwork done fast and correctly. While doing thi I came in to buy a silverado. The finance personnel Micheal M was amazing as well, these guys really have your best interest at heart. The quality of service they deliver is much more than just another sale. If I had gone to another car dealer, I would have truly missed out on a great opportunity. I am beyond satisfied and I look forward to doing business with these two again. More

They wouldn't move on the price of their truck and offered me 850$ for a vehicle that blue booked for 3500. The sales manager was also very rude, didn't really seem interested in earning a customer's business. That's the second time I've went to that dealership to look at a vehicle, and It will be the last. More
