As a direct result of this conversation We drove 3 1/2 hours from Palm Coast to Tampa. When we got there Ryan was right there to welcome us. The car we talked about was a Toyota Solara convertible. My instincts were spot on. Everything Ryan described is what we found. When do dealers take pictures of defects and send them to you? This guy was 100% about giving me an honest description even if it meant pointing out blemishes, or defects. We bought the car and everything from the seat heaters to the auto lights worked. The deal they offered us to compensate for the defects was extreamly generous. You can feel good about this dealership. You can trust they really do want the best for the customer, very rare and very refreshing. More

Great Customer Service and Considerate People This review is to the team that I have communicated with in regards to my 2010 Volkswagen EOS. I purchased this car on 04/18/2018 and drove it to This review is to the team that I have communicated with in regards to my 2010 Volkswagen EOS. I purchased this car on 04/18/2018 and drove it to home and experienced an issue with it. I was upset and start thinking amount of headache I will be experiencing to fix the issue and the amount of money I have spent. The next morning, I received a follow up call from Will and Toney about the car. I called Toney back and he told me to bring the car to their shop ASAP. I took my car and they worked on it, and decided to give keep it for additional days so that everything will work to my expectation. In the meantime, they gave me their own car to drive so that I don't have to spend money in rental cars and deal with all those headaches. They really take care of me well. So, I would like to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the exceptional service you have provided me to fix the car. I hope and I am sure I will not experience bad issues with the car. Not to be trusted about condition of cars I came very close to purchasing 2017 Camaro SS convertible. They showed me AutoCheck and said car was in great condition, only 5000 miles on it. I had it inspected by Lemon Squad and found it had major body work done and done very poorly at that. The bondo was so thick it won't be long before it starts to crack. There is no way a professional car buyer would not be able to tell it had this much damage. This dealer tried to hide it plain and simple. More
