I've never received such awesome customer service or have felt more appreciated as a customer anywhere, ever! My wife and I bought an SUV here and it had a few problems. We were worried and stressing that we couldnt afford to fix it but the dealership took care of everything and completely went above and beyond anything we ever expected. They were very professional, courteous and patient. Now we're in super nice car that runs perfectly. Shout out to Kaelyn, Daniel and Jessie, who all went out of their way to make sure that we got great service. Also so the mechanics who got us all fixed up. They are one of the very few dealerships that offer a 30 day 1000 mile warranty on buy here pay here cars which is awesome. Joe followed up with me the next day to see how things were going and how my daughter liked the car. I had it inspected at my work and needed to do a few minor things that were not covered on the warranty but that needs to be expected at any used car dealership. Some people like some of these reviews do not take that into consideration that you are buying a used car. I would recommend Automax to anyone. Having pretty much been waiting for this moment, I immediately drove to the dealership and was greeted by Sam W. Very polite and knowledgeable about the cars and buying process. In fact, the entire staff was wonderful! I informed them of my specific choice and that this was a surprise. Time was of the essence.
