He worked very hard to get us the best deal and made sure we were happy. However the manager could use a slight attitude adjustment. I was trading in my car with higher mileage, but in decent condition. KBB and NADA both valued it over 6,000. He was only offering me 3,000 for it because he planned on selling it auction. My car was worth more then that so I countered him at 5. Still refused and proceeded to tell me he was in the business of making money and wold give me 6 for my car if I paid 28 for my new car because that was the real value of it..well no I had the vin# did my research and it was worth 26 and proceeded to show him the form. The listed price for the Durango was 25, which I had no issues with that price. However I could not believe how many times he was telling me. It was all about him making money for himself. Ok.. you don’t care about screwing over your customers? So after some back and forth We eventually agreed on 4 for my trade in. Also I think it’s odd that he is the one calling the banks for credit approval when they have a financial manager that does the actual sale and goes over your credit. However I am extremely happy with my new car, it has everything I wanted and more. They put 4 new tires on it as well. I wish lauro the best there! More
