When I said I wanted to see the finance guy before putting a deposit down she didn’t make me feel dumb (even if that’s not the norm) she just said okay sure and let me go at a comfortable pace for myself. At the end of the day I was planning on going to three other dealerships but after the way they took care of me I left with exactly the car I wanted, in the price frame that I wanted and didn’t have to drive around the state of mass to find it. 10/10 recommend lily if you’re trying to buy a car that you love without the hassle. Not approachable I went to Automax Pre-owned in Attleboro, MA location. I liked a vehicle which was a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I went to this branch for the second time beca I went to Automax Pre-owned in Attleboro, MA location. I liked a vehicle which was a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I went to this branch for the second time because vehicle was good. I financed the vehicle from dealer itself. Financier is very tricky. He did not give me a breakup of total cost even after asking and was talking something out of the box and processed the loan. Finally he gave me a list which had 2900$ of service contract and a monthly payment of 430$ for 5 years with a interest rate of 5.6%. At-least he could have let me know the cost details/breakup before processing. For this quote I could have bought a luxury vehicle. I also took tire and other warranty. Charged me more than 4000$ of extra money from the vehicle price. Due to my work I had to move to Minnesota and when I gave the vehicle for service in Nissan showroom in MN, they said only one tire has been changed with aggressive tread and need to change all 4 tires, as its a AWD system. Since I had tire warranty I tried reaching out to dealer couple of time. I even tried the Automax common number mentioned on website. Nobody received my call. I called Rick Harl (Richard Harl) (Ph: 401 644 1309) whom I dealt with. At first, someone else picked my call and said its WRONG number. I am absolutely sure Rick was avoiding me, as he was reachable with the same number initially. Upon constantly trying to reach out, I was disconnected each time. Also the email ID: rharl@automaxpreowned.com, through which he sent me registration copy, is now bouncing. Meaning: he has blocked me. How can email that was working initially, bounce. The email ID is on his business card, he gave me. I felt so deceived and upset. Please do not buy vehicles from these people - My personal advice. More

The processing fee of $599 was pretty high. The wait times were ridiculous, any time we were told we would have to wait 10 minutes for something it was really 30. The dealership is packed with cars so when they have to pull one out they may have to move 3 other cars around so it takes a while. We didn't have the best experience, we ended up visiting the dealership twice to see a specific car which wasn't there both times even though we called ahead or were told it would be. There was definitely one time when they could have been honest and told us the car wasn't there yet. Wasn't the best but wasnt the worst when dealing with car dealerships. But in the end we bought the car because of the unbeatable price and we did like Gus. More

I was in no hurry to purchase I saw an add for a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport listed at a great price, so I decided to contact my bank and request a loan. I was in no hurry to purchase whatsoever, but I decided to go check it out anyway. When I got to AutoMax, I was greeted by “Lily” and she was very nice. In my personal opinion, I probably came off as an xxxxxx because I went in basically demanding the vehicle at an unreasonably low price and told her I wanted to speak directly with the Sales Manager, Christopher Raposo. She was very patient with me and took me for a test drive while we waited for Chris. Once Chris arrived, we threw out a couple of offers, and in the end, he gave me the absolute lowest possible price anyone could offer. He even took in my trade and matched what CarMax was going to give me. I am an Active Duty Military Member, and I can honestly say that they showed me their Military support and it was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I urge everyone not to believe any negative reviews or posts that you may see on other sites. Thank you AutoMax and your Team. More
