Awful!!!!!! I waited over 40 minutes just to talk to someone in the service department about getting my car looked at that is under warranty. I took it in once to get looked at and they "fixed it" but t someone in the service department about getting my car looked at that is under warranty. I told the man that I would need a rental car and he told me that my car needed to be in ASAP and I told him I understood but had to get my child to and from school and it was not possible to be without a car for multiple days. He was RUDE. More
