everyone was helpful We were from out of town and had car issues, we are Hyundiai owners , I lookup dealers within 10 miles area and found this dealership, I am so glad, O We were from out of town and had car issues, we are Hyundiai owners , I lookup dealers within 10 miles area and found this dealership, I am so glad, Olen from the service dept. kept me calm while on the phone, driving in a different city/state making sure my husband did not get lost, we did have GPS, but the names and distant were not helping, but his voice and knowledge of the area helped until the car stopped moving, he asked if he needed to give us the phone number to road assit, said no I had the number, call them, they arrived within 30 mins, got us to the dealership, Olen had a loaner car ready, just signed the required forms and continued our trip. When the service dept. called and advised our vehicle's engine was a total lost and needed info on its past care, we gave all info we had, we made the decision to return to the dealership that same day to see what needed to be done. while we spoke to Scott and we determined we would need to go ahead a buy a new car due to the wait time on fixing the engine. Scott located our sales person, Tom and he helped find us what we needed within the price level we requested/ new car/completed our vacation/drove home with no issues.
