Service Recall Received the notice of recall action in the mail and promptly called the service department. I schedule the maintenance for a few days in the future with Olen Harper. I brought my car in on the appointed day at the appointed time for the service. Although I had been the first one there that day, it did take a longer time than I expected and I eventually called the service department two hours after my time as I had not heard within the hour and a half that I was told. They still had gotten to my vehicle and was told they were now working on it and it would be about a half hour or so more. I finally received a call to retrieve my vehicle approximately three hours and 45 minutes after my appointment time. A little long and it didn't make sense that I was told they had gotten busy that morning when I was the first customer at 7:30. All in all, the service was completed and I received all the service I was supposed to. More
