Good customer care Today's visit was a quick one so I thought. Turns out that my prior visit I was told my my service person that my hood latch was broken and they fixed Today's visit was a quick one so I thought. Turns out that my prior visit I was told my my service person that my hood latch was broken and they fixed it. Well needless to say it wasn't. After waiting an hour I was told I owe for the parts to have my latch fixed. I explained how it was corrected in May. To make a long story short the service department repaired it correctly without charging me and I'm a HAPPY customer and I will continue to get good Custmer Care from the Best Dealership in OKC. More

They also mentioned other services that I thought I needed, but really didn't. It was nice that they didn't try to charge me for things I would have happily paid for. I was able to get a lot of work done in the lounge area and appreciated the friendly service manager who took the time to explain every item and charge before I paid. I will certainly be back. More

Fast, Friendly and Exellent Service I came in to check about the recall on my 2012 Sonata and I was greeted immediately and was directed to somebody who could help me. An appointment was made for me and the next week I brought my vehicle in to be serviced. There was no wait time, I dropped my vehicle off and they began the inspection promptly. I received a call as soon as my vehicle was ready within the time promised. Items that needed attention to service was explained to me along with price quotes. I was very pleased and never felt pressured. The employees at Auto Max Hyundai were very professional and friendly. More

Worth the drive I was recently forced to use another dealership closer to my home for a problem on my Hyundai Santa Fe.
