Very unprofessional and rude I went into the dealership because of a check engine light coming on occasionally. The service technician informed me that there would be a $90 diagno I went into the dealership because of a check engine light coming on occasionally. The service technician informed me that there would be a $90 diagnostic fee but if I went ahead with the repairs they suggested it would be applied towards the cost. The issue ended up being low oil so he suggested an oil change which I agreed to. He tried to tell me that I had to pay for the diagnostic fee and the oil change which I did not agree with. When I voiced my concerns he was very unprofessional and sarcastically said "well how about we do everything for free and you don't pay anything." I explain to Scott that I was willing to pay for what I owed. Then he made another remark and said "you may get a bill in the mail." I then asked to speak to a manager with whom I did and she was very polite and understood my concerns. We worked out a deal and I'm thankful for her understanding. But I will not take my car there again. The service technician also told me I needed new CV joints and that they were making a clicking noise. I had my CV joints replaced one month ago and I assure you there is no noise coming from them. More

The best vehicle service/repair experience ever. The service manager, Cheridan Olson sets the bar when it comes to customer service and care. My vehicle was done on time and was washed when I picked it up, which was a very nice treat. The price was very fair and well worth it considering how my vehicle and I were treated.. Out of any and all of my experiences with dealerships, whether it be purhasing a vehicle, buying parts, or paying for services, this was by far the best experience that I have had. AutoMax Hyundai should count themselves lucky to have such an outstanding representative ( Cheridan Olson) for their organization. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
