Excellent initial customer service I called regarding a issue with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring display cluster going blank and was told I needed to make an appointment to have it ch I called regarding a issue with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring display cluster going blank and was told I needed to make an appointment to have it checked out, so I made an appointment for the following morning. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back saying that the appointment was not necessary since there was a notification sent to the dealers in November 2017 regarding this problem , they would use my appointment to order the necessary part and let me know when it arrived to schedule an appointment to install the part.
