We purchased a used vehicle on Thursday April 16th. The agreement was to have 4 new tires put on, complete vehicle detail and gas put in vehicle so everything would be done on Tuesday April 21st. We ar The agreement was to have 4 new tires put on, complete vehicle detail and gas put in vehicle so everything would be done on Tuesday April 21st. We arrived to get the vehicle on Tuesday as agreed upon, to find the vehicle hadn't had any of the agreement items done! We were allowed to take the vehicle, but asked to bring it back on Wednesday to have the agreement items completed while we wait. So, I had to make a second trip of 40 miles round trip to the dealership, turn in my vehicle and wait 2 1/2 hours for the items to get completed. Not what I expected, but the sales person, Chris Chambers was very apologetic to us, and upset that nothing had been completed as promised. So, needless to say, I am not pleased with the service department at the dealership. Thank you! More
