Tyler, in the service department was very helpful in getting our 2017 S Santa Fe car diagnosed with an oil leak issue. He was honest in telling us the situation and didn’t try to add a list of other p getting our 2017 S Santa Fe car diagnosed with an oil leak issue. He was honest in telling us the situation and didn’t try to add a list of other problems like some vertical repair shops try to do. What is also important to note was the cost of repair as we were highly concerned being a car dealership, we would pay considerably higher repair costs. However, we found the repair cost was comparable to other places which is acceptable. Tyler informed us promptly of our problem and got it resolved. He was friendly, professional as well as the nice dark haired lady at the service desk who took our payment for the repair. The length of time the repair took was good. More
