I liked the way the sales representitive handled our visit. I don't like pressure type sale and there was none. What began as on online chat with Sonja resulted in the ultimate purchase of a Hyundai. I explained my disappointment with previous dealer the evening before, in that I drove to Norman (60 mile round trip ultimate purchase of a Hyundai. After making an appointment with Sonja, she set us up with Lilian. Upon arrival she had the keys to several cars that met the requirements we told her we were looking for...drove off with new car that evening! I sincerely appreciated the fact that Sonja actually listened to what we wanted (buying for daughter)instead of trying to sell us something else.
