This was truly the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. and I'm old.. I've bought a lot of cars.. Lilian was .. well.. absolutely pleasant. She and Bill stayed after hrs to get my deal finished and let me drive my new car home even though I got there late in the evening. I am credit challenged so, they had to work hard and they did., :) Lilian took the time to get me registered with BlueLink, (blue link is cool..) AND helped me get my phone connected to, and my address in, the BlueLink system. Everyone else was gone by then and I hadn't gotten my full tank of gas yet... Lilian took me to the station next door and filled it up on her own dime. I'm sure she'll be reimbursed but, she took ownership of selling me that car. She made sure I was taken care of. I can't promise that the next car I buy will be a Hyundai but.. I can say that the next car I buy will be from Lilian. (If she's still sellin cars.. :) It will be awhile. I DO love this Veolster!!) More
