Lilian, one of the Internet Sales ladies, understood how important it was for me, a single mom, to make sure I could work my payments into my monthly budget. She didn't rush me or try to persuade me into doing something I knew I couldn't afford. I know some car lots only care about their bottom line, but AutoMax truly cares about their customers and they really worked with me to make sure I could afford my payments. And not only was Lilian really great, the finance team was great too, as they worked with her to get my payments affordable. After I posted pics of my new car on social media and where I bought it, I received so many comments from other people that have had great experiences as well at AutoMax. I won't ever buy a car anywhere else!! More
