Worst experience I've ever had Do NOT buy from here! I went in today looking for a particular car. I was told they were receiving one from Missouri that had everything I wanted. Do NOT buy from here! I went in today looking for a particular car. I was told they were receiving one from Missouri that had everything I wanted. So I signed some paperwork and left......under the assumption that they would call me when my car was delivered. Well I received a call this afternoon and I rushed to go get my car. That's where it all went wrong.....I showed up and the first thing the manager told me was that my car didn't have tinted windows like it was supposed to. That wasn't a big deal because he agreed to tint them at no charge to me. Well next they handed me my keys and tried to rush me out. My car was supposed to have remote start.....the keys were not for a remote start car. I asked the manager why I didn't have remote start, his response was "I didn't know the car didn't have it". I told him I only agreed to take the car because it had everything I wanted and I wasnt taking it if I didn't have remote start. His only reply was "ok, whatever". Not only will I never come back here, but I will tell all of my fellow military friends not to come here as well as notifying USAA so that they can take them off as one of their authorized dealers. More
