Without provocation, he began to raise his voice and yell at me when we were negotiating the price of a car. I asked him if I had somehow done something to make him angry and he said I hadn't; he never offered an apology and seemed oblivious to the fact that he was being disrespectful. He also attempted to lecture me (like I had no idea what I was talking about) when discussing the dealership's fees and the pros/cons of the car he was trying to sell me. Ridiculous. If you want to be respected when buying a car from this dealership, don't talk to this man. More
