I highly recommend Alex to any ladies who are wary of being duped because of car shopping alone. He's a nice man and my purchase was pleasant. Plus, there was no haggling or sneaky sales tactics. Fantastic Experience I found Automax on Autotrader.com. I like to buy cars often but I HATE car dealerships. They can be predatory. However, at Automax, they allowed me l I found Automax on Autotrader.com. I like to buy cars often but I HATE car dealerships. They can be predatory. However, at Automax, they allowed me look at my own leisure and when I found a car, they brought me the keys and told me to enjoy the test drive. Stanley was my salesman and he was awesome. We talked about price and he offered me a good deal on my trade and was still willing to work with me on price. We were able to meet in the middle without going back and forth to a finance manager. Omar was also very friendly and non aggressive. We were in and out in less than two hours and driving home in a new car. Even after the sale, i've had contact with Stanley. He has always been very nice and professional. I will definitely visit Automax again. More

First Time I Bought a Car and Left in a Good Mood After looking at AutoTrader.com it appeared Automax had two or three cars I was interested in taking a look at along with taking a test drive. They p After looking at AutoTrader.com it appeared Automax had two or three cars I was interested in taking a look at along with taking a test drive. They provided numerous photos of the exterior and interior of the cars on the web site which helped narrow down which cars I was interested in prior to driving 50 miles to take a look at the cars. When I called to see if the cars were still available I asked to talk to Stanley based on reviews I read about him provided by other car buyers. When I arrived at the dealership Stanley told me there were three cars I might want to look at but he mentioned one in particular as it had lower mileage, had more leg room not to mention it looked like new even though it was a 2011 Infinity convertable. We went for a test drive I liked the car and told him what I thought the car was worth factoring in my trade. Stanley went to bat for me and we were able to work out a deal in about 15 minutes. I also qualified for 1.9% finacing which I thought was terrific. I'd recommend working with Stanley as he is knowledgeable, fair and customer oriented. All in all it was the first time I bought a car where I left in a good mood. More

Stanley Lalani provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Every used car has its issues, and Stanley was honest and upfront at all times with my questions. He went out of his way to help me get the vehicle inspected and to make sure it was the right purchase for me. I hope to see them grow their business over the coming years - we need more honest and straightforward dealerships like Automax here in Atlanta! More

sold me a car without EMISSION!! Title says it all... took a month to fix it n returned wit scratches on the fenders worst dealership experience... Started dealin with lakeem with is an alright guy till i ended up with omar which made remarks of his co-worker about him a lier and to not believe lakeem,,,? What kind o f sales manager says that about his co worker... took nearly a month to fix it and a door that still isnt fixed to this day.. left me with 11miles to E after i had to go pick my truck up near gwinnett fair grounds.. the truck had sign that had been used for regular drives with trash inside.. and unbelievably they still asked why i wrote such a bad review. NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL.. I regret buying here do not buy here save yourself the trouble... More
