I have never delt with a dealership that tries to screw you like Joe and the staff at autoland. First, they sell us a car with some bumper damage and a salvage. Not an issue as they said they would fix it you like Joe and the staff at autoland. First, they sell us a car with some bumper damage and a salvage. Not an issue as they said they would fix it for us until they tried fixing it with silicone and we took it to Abra who came back and said that the car has a twisted frame and shouldn't be on the road. Autoland was unwilling to fix the car at that point and wouldn't do anything else for us until we mentioned "lawyer" then they agreed to find us a like vehicle. They found one 2 years older with an extra few thousand miles with more options as well as being a 1 owner car. We agreed to a car for car swap but when it came time to sign papers, they marked up the car at 115% market value and stated that no one ever discussed a car for car swap. This establishment is no different than any other second rate hwy corner sales lot. More

Worse service and baddest experience I ever had. Autoland sold me unsafe vehicle that almost crush while driving my son to his appointment. They lied about the condition of the vehicle saying that Autoland sold me unsafe vehicle that almost crush while driving my son to his appointment. They lied about the condition of the vehicle saying that it might have cosmetic damages when the bitter reality I found out after I purchased the vehicle, is that the frame is extremely rusted out and it's about to snap to two. I'm currently suing and fighting to reverse the purchase or get a different car if i win the case. Zero care for a customer they only want to make money. More

Bought a cheaper car for my daughter. I test drove it and ran good, didn’t notice any problems. The next day check engine late came on notice now it’s either leaking or burning oil.
