The hood was scratched. It looked like they had taken a sander to it. They didn't bother to vacuum the trunk at all. My floor mats were put in the trunk while still wet and one of my floor mats has a hole sander to it. They didn't bother to vacuum the trunk at all. The windshield was still dirty and I had to stop and clean it on the way home. The inside of the window was all streaked up and I had to redo that as well. I think what bothered me most was that when I went to pick it up it was in the parking lot, running, with no one watching it. Are they gonna pay for it if it gets stolen while there? I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay away from these people. More
