Autoland took my jeep in right away and the service department was able to rectify the issue quickly. Pedro Shimazu followed up with a phone call the following day to make sure everything was still ok. Unfortunately, Pedro and Aldeen McKinnis got the brunt of my frustration, although I do know that none of this was the fault of anyone at Autoland. They were both incredibly kind and very helpful despite the fact that I was so upset. More
